This phase consists of four to five workshops and typically takes two to three weeks to complete. As a result, you’ll have a solid foundation for your ABM program, including a defined target group, selected accounts, established goals and objectives, and a pilot model that aligns with your organization's needs and challenges.
Moreover, you and your team will have a shared understanding of what ABM means for your organization, which will ensure smoother execution and better results.
