Welcome to the Executive Roundtable for senior marketing executives in Stockholm on Feb 11th, 2026!
The Executive Roundtable is a series of roundtable discussions born in 2022 out of the need for marketing leaders to get together around the same table to enjoy breakfast, share experiences and lessons from marketing leadership and strengthening marketing business impact in complex B2B industries.
The events are mostly invitation-only and tailored exclusively for senior marketing executives in complex B2B industries. Participation is free of charge and comes with no commitment.
Based on your requests, we are dedicating this Roundtable to "doing more with less" to discuss the hard leadership choices, prioritization, and structural changes that allow marketing to thrive even when budgets are tight.

An event topic
The topic for this roundtable is Doing more impact with the same, or even less.
The questions we will discuss together include:
-
How do you prioritize when you can no longer do everything, and the final responsibility for the hard choices rests on your shoulders?
-
What is truly a "must-have" for the business, and what should you, as a leader, dare to drop to clarify your focus?
-
How do you enable your team to manage, reduce, or simply say "no" to ad hoc work?
-
What kind of structures, leadership and shared understanding must you build in your marketing function to make that "doing more with less" a new way of working?
The sessions are conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open and productive discussions. This means participants are free to use the information received, but their identities and affiliations must remain confidential. The event will be held in English.
